By registering an account you accept the rules set out below. They apply to every product on this site.

1. Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where online gambling is permitted. One account per person, household and device is allowed.

2. Account and verification

Details provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. We may request identity and address documents at any point, and withdrawals are released only once verification is complete.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Funds must come from a payment method held in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the deposit method where possible. Minimum amounts and processing times are published on the payments page.

4. Bonuses

Each offer carries its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit and validity period, shown before activation. Requesting a withdrawal while wagering is incomplete cancels the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5. Fair play

Automated play, arbitrage patterns and collusion are prohibited. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended and related winnings withheld.

6. Complaints

Contact support first; most cases are resolved within a few days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, the matter can be escalated to the regulator that issued our licence.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced in your account, and continued play after the effective date counts as acceptance.
