How do I create an account?
Use the registration button in the header, enter your email, choose a password and confirm your country of residence. One account per person is allowed.
How long does verification take?
Documents are usually reviewed within a few hours on business days. You can play while verification is pending, but withdrawals are released only after approval.
What documents are required?
A government-issued ID and a recent proof of address. If you deposited by card, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered may also be requested.
How do I close my account?
Contact support from your registered email. Closure is processed within 24 hours, and any remaining balance is returned to your verified payment method.

Why was my bonus removed?
